MATH CONTEST RULES

  1. The written test will be taken at the regular math time (10:15 a.m.). Students must be present on the day of the contest to participate.
  2. The 2nd Grade class will have 40 minutes to complete the test. 
  3. Teachers may help with direction words and words involved in the story problems. HOWEVER, the teacher may not use any other words than are on the page or offer any interpretation of the words.
  4. ALL answers must be LEGIBLE. 
  5. ALL answers must be LABELED CORRECTLY (dollar sign, cent sign, story problems, etc...)
  6. Fractions must be simplified.
  7. ALL final answers MUST BE CIRCLED.
